Wouxun KG-UV8D programming file for Hendricks County emergency communications. The file includes repeater offsets, PL tones, etc for the repeater frequencies.  Users will need to IMPORT the *.csv file.   CSV file format was used so it can be added to ANY radio.  THANKS to Chris, K9BIX
